Ohmygoodness. This feels a bit like guessing the number of candy corn in a jar, except this is MUCH BETTER. :) I'm going to say, um, 729. I've always been terrible at estimation.
ReplyDeleteEmily:
ReplyDeleteYou are usually high, on life, but today you're substantially low.
Multiple estimates are acceptable, after you consult with an Ichthyologist.
Good to hear from you again.
Richard
I had to laugh when I saw this in my in box this morning Richard. I'll have a guess and say that it's around 1750 give or take one or two I might have missed LOL :)

ReplyDeleteGood to hear from you again.
You are quite low. Hint: Photo is 4 feet by 6 feet.
I love the new photo of you!
Richard
Hey Rich,
ReplyDeleteHow in the world did you count all of these minnows? Your eyes must be sharp as ever! Love what you are doing!
Tom Blackford
Hey Tom.
ReplyDeleteGo ahead, take your guess. You are a Master Fisherman.
Hope you're enjoying your place in the North Country ... with your family.
Rich
OK...
ReplyDeleteAlly and I estimate about 7500 little minnows.
Our family has been spending a lot of time at our north country hunting lodge!
Tom
Tom & Ally:
ReplyDeleteYou're getting closer, but still significantly low. Remember you can see minnows 2-3 inches deep into the water. Also, you're viewing an area 4 feet by 6 feet.
