I cannot explain it to you,
and I do not understand it myself,
but I am assured that the Holy Spirit
resides inscrutably inside my soul.
It's an intimate feeling of contentment;
a promise fulfilled.
When I seek inspiration to write,
the Holy Spirit provides.
When I vow dedication to the work,
confirmation is received.
When I experience difficulty,
comfort is given.
