They tread lightly
as a breath of spring
over the water's smooth surface.
Long legs pushing, propelling,
rowing themselves with
persistence and purpose.
Navigating the quiet waters.
Efficiently patrolling
the surface film.
Walking on water.
Water riders.
Water Striders.
