Weaving words of grace and gratitude through the fabric of my photography, I wish to share the everyday miracles of God's creation. Writing with a blend of curiosity, discovery, and spirituality, I invite the reader-viewer along a trail of words and images; thoughtfully selected and graciously given.

First of all, this is an incredible photo.
ReplyDeleteSecond, I love the way you start your poem: "Light showers." You may have meant light as in small and easy, or you may have meant light as in color. In any case, it was just the stepping stone into those final beautiful images. Thank you, Richard.
Emily:
ReplyDeleteThank you for your beautiful, thoughtful, and detailed reply.
I intended both meanings; light, as in soft, and color. Good interpretation by you, a great writer.
I particularly like the ending...
"showers of light."
Gratefully,
Richard
ReplyDeleteRichard:
In your photo I can see the rainbow coming from the eye of God, down to the earth.
Does anyone else see this?

Mountain Man:
ReplyDeleteActually, you're right. I can imagine two eyes; the darker narrow clouds. The left eye, from our view, (God's right eye), contains the source of the rainbow, then it arcs beautifully to the earth.
Good eye!
