Weaving words of grace and gratitude through the fabric of my photography, I wish to share the everyday miracles of God's creation. Writing with a blend of curiosity, discovery, and spirituality, I invite the reader-viewer along a trail of words and images; thoughtfully selected and graciously given.

Heartland Midsummer
heartland midsummer
generates midafternoon
fair-weather cumulus
gliding leisurely overhead
to decorate the sky
over midwest farmland
then gather together
upon northern horizon
to enhance the view of
anyone else who might
notice these cumulus
during midafternoon in
heartland midsummer

Breathtaking sky shot, Dad! Glad you caught this one! Thanks for sharing it!
ReplyDeleteReminds me of the lyrics to one of my songs:
"watch the sky,
the master painting that changes every second
right before our eyes..."
Love,
Sarah
Sarah:
ReplyDeleteI love your lyrics! Which song are they from?
I need to see your original songbook, and your permission to possibly use them with some of my photos.
Love,
Dad
