This Grand Traverse Bay area (surrounding Old Mission Peninsula)is a popular tourist destination, and the quality wineries make it even more appealing; especially during the harvest season.

  3. Is Traverse Bay area a good spot for wine testing? Seems just the place to be for that!

It is THE spot to be! From central Traverse City, take the Old Mission road north (M-37); then feast your eyes on these beautiful vineyards, and your palette on our fine wines from this unique wine-producing area between the West Arm, and the East Arm of Grand Traverse Bay in northwest Michigan.
