Weaving words of grace and gratitude through the fabric of my photography, I wish to share the everyday miracles of God's creation. Writing with a blend of curiosity, discovery, and spirituality, I invite the reader-viewer along a trail of words and images; thoughtfully selected and graciously given.

Soon the Moon
A sliver of moon
captures my eyes
in dawn's mysterious light.
Soon the sun,
hiding below the horizon,
will rise to conquer the night.
Soon the moon
will fade from view,
dissolving into daylight.

doubt
The trail of the snail
mapped out overnight,
now glistens in daylight;
shows nicely how precisely
its narrow route of doubt
led around every bend
from the beginning
to its end.

Thomas Merton
"There is in all things an inexhaustible sweetness and purity, a silence that is a fountain of action and joy. It rises up in wordless gentleness and flows out to me from unseen roots of all created being."

Desire Waiting
Illuminated
by her admiration
for candlelight,
her dark eyes
reflect the kindness
of her heart.
Desire waiting
respectfully
for invitation.
