water's smooth surface
collects sprinkles at sunset
returns rings of gold

Weaving words of grace and gratitude through the fabric of my photography, I wish to share the everyday miracles of God's creation. Writing with a blend of curiosity, discovery, and spirituality, I invite the reader-viewer along a trail of words and images; thoughtfully selected and graciously given.
WOW, Dad! This photo is spectacular!! The poetry is fantastic too! This is one of my new favorites. As I said on your facebook page, way to catch the magic of this rare moment!

ReplyDeleteYour sprinkles at sunset represent a unique contrast in moods.
Nice Haiku to support your fine photograph.

ReplyDeleteI went to Pickerel Lake to shoot the rain on the calm water. After a few shots, the evening sun broke out from a slit between the clouds. I was blessed to be there to capture this light. Can you see a few drops splashing upward?
Thanks for liking my Haiku, too.
Love,
Dad
